That moment when you realize Bolin is using Pabu as a surrogate younger sibling.
And that he’s treating Pabu the same way he wished Mako would treat him.
Why are you such an amazing character?
omg this! Gosh I love Bolin SO MUCH, he has seriously grown on me from the first episode. All he wants if you Mako to treat him like a bro, but Mako’s so stuck in this parenting role I think he forgets alot of the time, that he’s NOT Bolin’s parent. He doesn’t understand that line, how you can be a mentor but still be a brother. If anything Mako is seriously acting in as Bolin’s mom, which just breaks my heart. Like, what was his mother like? What did he learn from her, if anything, when he was young? And then after they died, what were the people Mako had to deal with on a daily basis like? Where did he learn this tough as nails no nonsense attitude that has Bolin APOLOGIZING for Mako whenever they meet someone knew?
Ugh and the fact that none of them even realize this just, all of my feelings.
